Air Ranger Elite

Air Ranger Elite Mattress

The Air Ranger Elite Mattress System provides alternating pressure relief while stimulating peripheral circulation. The individual air cells alternately inflate and deflate, on a 1-99 minute alternating cycle depending on patient need. This system is designed to provide reduction in tissue interface pressure during the entire cycle. The therapeutic support surface is additionally supplemented by integrated air side bolsters that run the length of the mattress.

  • Low Air Loss: Provides patented Low Air Loss Microvent Technology® that provides a gentle flow of air directly to the patient through the top coverlet.
  • Air Cells: Individual air cells that alternately inflate and deflate, alternation can vary from 1-99 minutes. Each cell has an inflate height of approximately 8” allowing for greater immersion
  • Water Resistant: The sealed medical grade shells allow the mattress to be water resistant while providing maximum infection control.
  • Bolsters: Inflatable /deflatable raised bolsters to keep patients centered and to provide additional support between mattress and side rail.
  • Flexibility, Convenience, Comfort: The bed frame straps allow the mattress to secure to any bed frame. Foam layer is positioned beneath the air cells for maximum support and comfort.

  • Digital Display: Displays amount of delivered pressure. Displays user-activated features.
  • Settings: Ability to lock-in settings to prevent unintended changes. On/Off Low Air Loss function, Adjustable AP, Float, Fowler pressure, and AP cycle time.
  • Alarm: Intelligent Sensor Alarm alerts the caregiver when there is a leak in the mattress or kink in a hose.

Cadet IB

Cadet IB Mattress

The Cadet™ IB is a non-powered, self-adjusting mattress with integrated foam bolsters that utilizes either ROHOTM Technology or foam-filled air cells (with optional Alternating Pressure pump) to provide clinically proven, non-powered pressure redistribution and therapeutic support. Its design is anatomically inspired, so it corresponds to the varying levels of interface pressure caused by contact with the body.

Key Features:

  • The Cadet system can provide ROHO™ Dry Floatation inserts that provide dispersion “closed” technology equalizes and redistributes pressure like other proven cellular based technologies.
  • The foam-filled air cells enable the self-adjusting pressure equalization technology mattress (ETM) that enables automatic response to patient movement, creating custom pressure relief. As pressure changes, intake/output valves release displaced air to achieve a therapeutic low-pressure balance.
  • The Cadet IB is easily convertible to a dynamic powered air mattress, simply connecting a pump to external air-port connection for the AP control unit allows the Cadet to provide proven alternating pressure therapy by alternating the increase in air pressure through the pressure equalization bladder system.
  • Integrated Bolsters
  • Foam insert at the head
  • Optional Foam insert with heel slope
  • The four-way stretch and nylon taffeta covers provide a low friction coefficient surface to reduce shear and friction forces as well as a moisture proof barrier. The Cadet cover has a 360° zipper allowing for complete removal for deep cleaning or replacement.
  • The base of the Cadet is multi-laminate durable medical vinyl that cleans easily and lasts.
  • In addition to the Equalization Technology core two additional features provide enhanced pressure redistribution:
    • The unique Cool-Climate visco gel-foam top layer enhances immersion and redistribution by contouring to the most delicate patient anatomy. Cool-Climate gel foam also provides for better heat dissipation than standard memory foams to provide a better microclimate for wound prevention and healing.
    • The gentle slope in the lower mattress section transfers pressure from the delicate heels to more pressure resistant areas of the lower extremities.

Delta Force Pro

Delta Force Pro Mattress

The Delta Force Pro system is an alternating pressure mattress replacement system that provides both alternating and static modes. It is the ideal therapy system for high-risk patients who require prevention or treatment of tissue damage and are dependent on caregivers for repositioning or mobilization. It also features seat function and auto-firm for different positions and treatment use.

Key Features:

  • Twenty 8” tall nylon TPU air cells provide maximum pressure relief and therapy.
  • Integrated 2” convoluted foam base provides extra protection in case of power outage.
  • Micro Ventilated (Low Air Loss) from shoulder to waist for better air circulation and regulating patient’s temperature.
  • Modular air cell construction facilitates easy maintenance and cleaning.
  • Easily portable: Mattress rolls into its own carrying bag.
  • Pillow function: Three cells at the head zone remain static for added patient comfort.

Delta Force Pro Pump

The state-of-the-art digital pump is microprocessor controlled and allows users to choose between Low Air Loss and Low Air Loss with alternating pressure. The Delta Force Pro is made of the highest quality materials that are durable and reliable for homecare, long-term care, and sub-acute care environments.

I.P.S. Technology™ achieves optimal internal pressure. Ensures maximum pressure relief:

  • Choice of cycle times between 10, 15, 20, 25 and 0 for static.
  • Visual/audible alarm for low pressure and power failure.
  • Firm mode inflates the system to facilitate nursing procedures and patient transfers.
  • Upright mode gives extra support while in the articulating position to help prevent “bottoming out.”
  • Heavy enclosure for whisper quiet operation (30dB@1M).
  • Energy Efficiency: Uses less than half the power of a 25-watt light bulb.
  • The air supply unit attaches easily to the footboard of virtually any bed frame.
  • By pressing the power and upright button at the same time, one can lock and unlock the control panel.

Key Features:

  • Fast inflator: inflates/deflates the mattress replacement in less than two minutes to save time.
  • Support straps with buckle fasten to secure mattress replacement to bed frame.
  • Soft and smooth with less friction and shear force.
  • Waterproof yet breathable, quilted coverlet (moisture-vapor permeable); built-in anti-bacterial/anti-microbial resistance to mold and mildew.
  • The CPR button deflates the entire system in seconds in case of emergency.
  • Recommended weight limit: 396 lbs. (180 kg.)

ImmersionCare

ImmersionCare Mattress

ImmersionCare Mattress System provides Low Air Loss with alternating pressure relief which stimulates peripheral circulation. The individual air cells alternately inflate and deflate, on a 1-99 minute alternating cycle depending on patient need. This system is designed to provide reduction in tissue interface pressure during the entire cycle.

Key Features:

  • AutoImmersion™ allows Real Time Pressure monitoring through EIS Technology™ (Immersion and Envelopment Sensor Technology™) with software flexibility that allows customer changes. Auto pressure adjusts to the patient’s weight. Inflation pressures are adjusted based on individual patient needs.
  • Adjustable air pressure and/or volume controls immersion until it is limited by the overall thickness.
  • With the ImmersionCare, the system sets the correct internal pressure or molecular density of air to approximate a state of neutral buoyancy customized to that subjects unique anthropometric characteristics.
  • ImmersionCare is designed to make the surface change shape to accommodate the unique shape of the individual, rather than distorting the soft tissue we distort the surface.
  • ImmersionCare thinks three dimensionally in order to maintain normal tissue symmetry. The deeper the immersion, the greater the surface area for pressure distribution.

ImmersionCare Pump

The microprocessor controlled Air Ranger ImmersionCare allows care-givers to accurately monitor the pressures in both the inflated and deflated air cells. Low pressure, the goal of all pressure relieving surfaces, is displayed in one area while the inflated pressure, to prevent bottoming-out, is displayed in another.
