Kevin A. McKim has more than thirty years’ experience in healthcare product distribution, with twenty of those years specifically in niche market healthcare distribution.

Kevin is an entrepreneur who has broad commercial experience in the managed care and nursing home markets as well as in wound healing therapies. In 1998, Kevin founded MedaSTAT USA, a national provider of high-quality, state-of-the-art wound care support surfaces and related products for those in long term, acute care, and home care environments. He served as CEO of MedaSTAT USA, until it sold to Auroa Capital in 2009. He served as the President of RecoverCare from August 2009 to October 2010 and was the founder and CEO of NPUT, LLC, a company that provided negative pressure wound therapy to patients in skilled nursing facilities in thirty-seven states. In 2016, Kevin founded New Source Medical, LLC. In a short time, the company became the leading supplier of durable medical rental equipment for Short and Long-Term healthcare facilities.

Kevin McKim earned a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from McKendree College in Lebanon, Illinois, and he earned his MBA from the University of Miami. Kevin enjoys travelling with fiancée and her kids. He is often found with a good cup of coffee, cheering on the Louisville Cardinals and the Miami Hurricanes.

Brian has more than twenty-two years’ experience in healthcare product distribution and wound care.

In 2001, Brian joined MedaSTAT USA, a national provider of high-quality, state-of-the-art wound care support surfaces and related products for those in long term, acute care, and home care environments. He served as CFO until it was sold to Aurora Capital in 2009.  He held Senior Finance positions at RecoverCare, LLC, and Joerns Healthcare until joining New Source Medical as CFO in 2018.  The company has become the leading supplier of durable medical rental equipment for Short and Long-Term healthcare facilities.

Previously, Brian held senior roles in Finance and Real Estate with Yum! Brands and Thomas Industries.  He earned his MBA in Finance from Indiana University and his BS from Georgetown College.

Chris began his career as a field service technician for a local durable medical rental equipment company in 1997. A childhood interest in technology would soon grow into a passion for software programming, which ultimately led to some initial experience as a contract programmer. From this launching point, Chris obtained a position as a software developer for Yum! Brands. In 2004, Kevin McKim invited Chris to join his new company, MedaSTAT USA, in a senior programmer role. Using his knowledge gained from his service technician role, his skill as software analyst, and experience gained working for a global Fortune 100 company, he designed and implemented a custom order intake to billing system. The system, called STATnet, was able to improve efficiency, and accuracy for processes across various departments, including finance, legal, HR, inventory control, manufacturing, and field logistics, addressing challenges specific to the durable medical rental business. Chris’s unique ability to align business processes to technology allowed him to quickly advance his career at MedaSTAT USA, and later RecoverCare LLC, after the two companies merged in 2010. During this time, Chris held several technology leadership positions, including Information Systems Manager, Vice President of Information Systems and Vice President of Business Solutions. After leaving RecoverCare, LLC in 2013, Chris explored working in a different industry until 2016. Given Chris’s many years of experience in developing and implementing solutions for this unique market, Kevin recruited Chris once again to join him in his newly founded company, New Source Medical, LLC. Leading software development as CIO, Chris created SourceNet, a new cutting-edge software solution designed specifically for the durable medical equipment rental business.

Outside of the office, Chris can be found having adventures with his wife, Andrea, and their five children. They enjoy traveling, spending time in nature and making art.
