Kevin A. McKim has more than twenty-five years’ experience in healthcare product distribution, with twenty of those years specifically in niche market healthcare distribution.
Mr. McKim is an entrepreneur who has broad commercial experience in the managed care and nursing home markets as well as in wound healing therapies. Mr. McKim was the founder and CEO of MedaSTAT USA, a national provider of high-quality, state-of-the-art wound care support surfaces and related products for those in long term, acute care, and home care environments. He served as the President of RecoverCare from August 2009 to October 2010 and was the founder and CEO of NPUT, LLC, a company that provided negative pressure wound therapy to patients in skilled nursing facilities in thirty-seven states.
Mr. McKim earned a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from McKendree College in Lebanon, Illinois, and he earned his MBA from the University of Miami. Mr. McKim enjoys travelling with his wife and daughters. He is often found with a good cup of coffee, cheering on the Louisville Cardinals and the Miami Hurricanes.
Courtney D. Hall acts as New Source Medical’s General Counsel. Courtney completed her undergraduate studies at Mercer University, graduating summa cum laude and earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Management Law. While at Mercer, she spent a semester studying at Oxford University in Oxford, England. Courtney earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School, graduating summa cum laude. While at Marquette, she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Marquette Sports Law Review, one of the preeminent sports law reviews in the world, and an Associate Editor on the Marquette Law Review. Courtney also completed a school-year internship under the tutelage of the General Counsel of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club.
Courtney practiced at Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC prior to joining Mr. McKim’s team in September 2014. She holds bar admittances in Kentucky and Wisconsin.
Courtney is an avid lover of music who is often playing outside with her nephew and niece or hiking with her boyfriend.
Chris has become known as somewhat of a mad genius when it comes to his ability to align business processes to technology, and his “work child” SourceNet (newsourcemed.com) is a product of that passion to deliver the best technology from order intake to billing. Throughout his career, he has developed and implemented solutions, leading to outstanding results at a Fortune 100 company and various mid-sized companies, and he boasts more than ten years’ experience in aligning business processes to technology in the medical equipment rental business. In fact, Chris was responsible for the design and implementation of MedaSTAT’s STATnet system. He has expertise in improving efficiency and accuracy for processes across various departments, including finance, legal, HR, inventory control, manufacturing, and field logistics.
When not working his technological genius, Chris can be found running after his three sons with his wife, Jenni.

Theresa L. Smith started with New Source Medical in Operations overseeing Customer Service before morphing into Human Resources, an area where she’s worked for various other industries. She enjoys employee relations along with spending much of her time in recruitment and training as New Source continues to grow exponentially. Theresa also has a background in management, sales and marketing so she can provide support in key areas.
She is a REALTOR as well, which allows her to help people in what is often the largest monetary investment in their lives. Theresa has her MBA from Embry-Riddle and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisville.
When she’s not attending her children’s sports events, she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling and just being outdoors.
